ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a talented BSA Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of a case management tool. This role will collaborate closely with multiple teams, including Legal and Global Security, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless execution. The position involves guiding the integration of complex systems and overseeing the migration of databases and data lakes.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with multiple teams and a vendor to build and implement a cutting-edge case management tool. You'll lead conversations with key stakeholders in the Security and Legal departments, ensuring that their needs are fully understood and met. Your expertise in data lake and database migration will play a crucial role as you work with management to design data field mapping, ask the right questions, and successfully manage the project from start to finish.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)

1. Experience: 5-8 years of experience as a BSA, with a proven track record in communication and leadership—especially in stakeholder management and leading meetings.
2. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of SDLC for integration, with hands-on experience in developing data lakes and databases.
3. Case Management Tools: Experience in implementing a case management tool, ideally within global security environments.
