Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Designer with strong experience in AutoCAD to support site and land development projects across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional. This role involves planning and creating design documents and exhibits that align with project needs, regulatory standards, and ADA compliance. We’re looking for a team member with a blend of technical skills, design proficiency, and communication abilities.

Core Responsibilities :

• Design site layouts and prepare development plans that fulfill client and project specifications.
• Focus on the design of essential utilities, including stormwater management, water and sewer systems, and dry/conduit utilities.
• Develop site grading plans, ensuring ADA accessibility standards are met.
• Create visual aids and prepare project specifications to guide development and construction.
• Complete design tasks within defined project criteria and timelines.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Experience in civil engineering with a background in site design, land development, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential, with knowledge in Civil 3D and MicroStation preferred.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication abilities for collaborative work and project support.
