**Commercial Construction Estimator**

Are you an experienced Estimator ready to take on high-profile commercial construction projects with a reputable General Contractor? We're seeking a skilled professional to join one of our best clients in the area, to contribute to our continued success.

Commercial Construction Estimator Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
* A degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required.
* Proven ability to oversee project profit and loss, and provide accurate margin projections.
* Experience managing estimates across multiple concurrent projects.
* Strong collaboration skills with clients, architects, and design teams.
* Expertise in tracking, pricing, and negotiating cost changes.
