Commercial Fencing Superintendent

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Fencing Superintendent to oversee our fencing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that all fencing installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple commercial fencing projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of fencing crews to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on job sites.
• Schedule project timelines and manage labor resources effectively.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise during the project.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the fencing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of fencing materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
