Title: Designer

Please note: Position requires you to be located in Los Angeles and in office. 

Concept Development

• Review provided mood boards, sketches, and design concepts reflecting the brand's aesthetic.
• Designs to align with the brand’s identity and seasonal campaigns.

Design Execution

• Create original graphics, seamless patterns, and garment designs using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Design apparel and accessories, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, jackets, sneakers, hats, and other brand staples,
• Design with deliverables through the design/development needed process
• Work directly under the founder & production Managers
• Develop tech packs with detailed specifications for manufacturing. Work directly with the production team.
• Correspond with vendors in submitting designs
• Assist in filling out production/development WIP with changes

Collaboration

• Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet quality/pricing standards.
• Partner with marketing teams to design promotional materials and ensure visual cohesion across campaigns.
• Collaborate with social media and branding teams to maintain consistency across digital and physical platforms.

Trend Forecasting

• Stay informed about trends in fashion, pop culture, art, and music that influence streetwear.
• Attend trade shows, fashion events, and cultural exhibitions to gain inspiration.
• Monitor competitors and analyze market data to maintain a competitive edge.

Prototyping and Feedback

• Assist in oversight of sample production and review prototypes for fit, fabric, and functionality.
• Gather feedback from internal teams and adjust designs accordingly.
• Ensure final designs meet brand guidelines and production timelines.
