We are now seeking a strong Construction Estimator for our team!

What you need:

• 10 + years of experience Estimating in General Construction preferred
• 5+ years experience in Commercial Construction industry is required
• Excellent computer and estimating software program skills
• Ability to read and understand project specifications, plans and blue prints, architectural plans and drawings
• Experience with materials, quality control, costs and techniques for maximizing project accuracy and profitability
• Knowledge of a wide array of building materials in commercial construction

What you will be doing:

• As a Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our company by preparing accurate construction estimates, budgets, and bids for a variety of commercial projects
• In this role, we rely on you to ensure work is completed accurately, safely, on time, and according to our standards
• Estimate construction costs for a range of commercial projects
• Maintain and update a comprehensive cost database
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to compute project costs
• Prepare detailed reports and bids for submission to clients and stakeholders
• Develop thorough proposals with clear information and cost breakdowns
• Manage multiple estimation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• Provide efficient and helpful responses to customer inquiries throughout the bidding process
• Collaborate with Senior Estimators to review project specifications and drawings
