Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Equity Analyst to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a passion for technology and growth markets, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve conducting thorough market research, analyzing financial statements, and assisting in the due diligence process for potential investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities in growth sectors.
• Analyze financial statements and business models of potential investment targets.
• Assist in the development of financial models to support investment theses.
• Participate in due diligence processes, including assessing competitive landscapes and evaluating management teams.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with team members to generate new investment ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or growth equity.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, PitchBook) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
