Minimum Contractor Staff Qualification Requirements

TDDC MSA Classification Qualifications Senior Technical Lead
Experience This Classification must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
And Education This classification requires the possession of a bachelor s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in IT support roles, particularly in tier 2 and tier 3 service desk environments.

A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Administration of Microsoft 365 Services to include:
1. User Licensing
Experience with user license management.
2. Microsoft Teams
Advanced experience with Teams administration, including managing channels, permissions, policies, and integrations with other Microsoft 365 services.
Advanced experience in troubleshooting issues related to meetings, chat, file sharing, and external access.
3. Intune
Advanced experience in configuration and management of device compliance policies, application deployment, and mobile device management (MDM) using Intune.
Advanced experience in troubleshooting device enrollment issues and managing corporate-owned devices.
4. Exchange Online
Advanced experience in administration of Exchange Online, including mailbox management, email flow, retention policies, and spam filtering.
Advanced experience in troubleshooting issues related to email delivery, calendaring, and user permissions.
5. SharePoint
Advanced experience in management of SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and workflows.
Advanced experience in resolving issues related to file access, site performance, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services. 6. OneDrive Advanced experience in administration and support for OneDrive for Business, including file synchronization, sharing permissions, and data recovery. Advanced experience in troubleshooting synchronization issues, storage limits, and user access problems. 7. Microsoft Bookings Advanced experience in administration and support of Microsoft Bookings for scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Advanced experience in resolving issues related to booking page setup, calendar synchronization, and user permissions. 8. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Applications Advanced experience in administration and support of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to ensure endpoint security across the organization. Advanced experience in troubleshooting issues related to threat detection, device compliance, and application security. | |
4.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in NinjaOne to include: 1. Advanced experience in remote monitoring and management (RMM) with NinjaOne, including automation scripting, system monitoring, endpoint management, and performance optimization. 2. Advanced experience in administration, support, configuration and customization of NinjaOne for device patching, alert monitoring, and remote troubleshooting. |
5.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Splashtop to include: 1. Advanced experience of remote desktop software, including setting up and troubleshooting remote connections for support purposes, ensuring secure and efficient access to user systems. 2. Managing and optimizing Splashtop for secure and reliable remote access. |
6.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Ticketing Systems to include: 1. Advance experience with ticketing systems such as SolarWinds Samanage or similar platforms. Expertise in managing ticket lifecycles, prioritizing escalations, tracking performance against SLAs, and providing reporting insights. 2. Ability to streamline ticket resolution processes and use data to improve service delivery. |
7.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Patch Management to include: 1. Advance experience with patch management processes, including the assessment, scheduling, deployment, and verification of patches across various systems. 2. Advance experience in utilizing patch management tools to automate and monitor the patching process, ensuring systems are updated and vulnerabilities are mitigated. |
8.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Cloud Security to include an understanding of cloud security principles and practices, including secure configurations, identity and access management (IAM), and data protection. |
9.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Prisma Suite including familiarity with Prisma Cloud (for cloud security posture management), Prisma Access (for secure access service edge), and other components of the Prisma suite. |
10.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Networking including strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and network architecture). |
11.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Security Tools such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, threat detection, and incident response. |
12.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in in Scripting and Automation to include proficiency in scripting languages (like Python or Bash) and automation tools to streamline processes and integrate with other systems. |
13.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Compliance and Governance including the understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and best practices for governance in cloud environments. |
14.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Troubleshooting and Problem- Solving including diagnosing and resolving issues related to cloud security and network performance. |
15.0 | A minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Integration Skills to include the ability to integrate Prisma solutions with other security tools and platforms, and to manage APIs for automation and data exchange. |
