Role Overview:
We are seeking a Python/ML Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development and a strong desire to contribute to the next wave of AI innovation in contracting. While extensive experience with AI tools is not required, applicants should have a willingness to dive into this evolving field. A solid background in developing efficient Python functions and building and integrating APIs to connect live applications is essential.

This role is an opportunity to grow your expertise while working on groundbreaking projects that integrate AI-driven automation into contracting workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy Python-based applications and machine learning solutions.
• Build and integrate APIs to connect live applications for enhanced functionality.
• Create efficient Python functions to enable real-time, high-performance integrations.
• Collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions for electricians, data cabling installers, and plumbing contractors.
• Contribute to GA Technical’s vision of blending contracting with cutting-edge technology and education.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development, focusing on efficient and optimized functions.
• Proficiency in building and integrating APIs to connect live applications.
• Interest in and willingness to grow expertise in AI tools and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, MindStudio).
• A passion for solving real-world challenges through innovation and technology.
• Knowledge of contractor industries is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
