We’re looking for a Video Reviewer who can bring a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking to our paid media team. The Video Reviewer plays a key role in enhancing the quality and impact of video ad content created by the design team. Through detailed, actionable feedback, they ensure each ad resonates with the target audience, aligns with project goals, and fulfils the requirements outlined in the creative brief.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
🎥 Review video ads daily to ensure they resonate with the target audience and achieve project objectives
📋 Provide goal-oriented feedback aligned with the creative brief and ad’s objectives
📝 Suggest ways to tailor messaging and tone for better audience engagement
📌 Deliver specific, actionable feedback with timestamps and examples to enhance ad quality
⏳ Offer timely feedback during production stages to keep projects on track
🔍 Critique visuals, scripts, and voiceovers for clarity, tone, grammar, and flow
💡 Maintain a professional, constructive approach while sharing honest critiques

Working Hours ⏰: This role is fully remote, full-time, and offers flexibility in working hours to suit your schedule. Core overlap required between 9am to 1pm MST.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 2+ years of experience writing copy for performance-driven video ads (YouTube, Meta, TikTok).
✅ Strong skills in copywriting and providing actionable feedback.
✅ Project management skills with the ability to align feedback with creative goals.
✅ Attention to detail to spot and recommend improvements in visual and narrative flow.
✅ Collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
✅ Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

What’s in it for you?
💸 Salary : $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on experience*
⏰ Full-time, fully remote position
