Aloo Palak
Dry Vegetable- 1/4 cup oil/ghee
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 450 gms potatoes peeled and chopped into quarter circles
- 1 small green chilly (deseeded chopped)
- 2.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Half of 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 250 gms spinach chopped
- Handful of dried fenugreek (kasoori methi)
- Cooking oil
