- Cabbage - chopped
- Spinach
- Bell peppers - optional
- Carrots - optional
- Oil
- Green chillies
- Cashews
- Garlic
- Mustard
- Honey
- Lemon
Method

Chop cabbage and spinach ( you can add bell peppers and carrots to the salad too)
In a wok take some oil. Add a little green chilli paste, cashews, chopped garlic saute a little bit. Then toss the veggies in and stir it around for a couple of minutes or until the veggies are slightly cooked through.
In a large bowl make a dressing of Oil, mustard, honey, lemon (whisk it around, until combined). Add the cooked veggies in and mix well together until the dressing coats the veggies well. Enjoy!!
