Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh boneless, small pieces
  • Egg
  • Corn flour
  • Rice Flour
  • Cheese
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green chillies
  • Mint
  • Coriander
  • Dill
  • Soya sauce
  • Salt
  • Ajinomoto
  • Oil

Method

    Marinate chicken pieces with egg, corn flour, rice flour and small pieces of cheese + the below mentioned paste.
    Paste:
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Green chillies
    Mint
    Coriander
    Dill
    Soya sauce
    Salt
    Ajinomoto
    Then take some oil and shallow fry the above mixture.
