- Chicken thigh boneless, small pieces
- Egg
- Corn flour
- Rice Flour
- Cheese
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Green chillies
- Mint
- Coriander
- Dill
- Soya sauce
- Salt
- Ajinomoto
- Oil
Method
Marinate chicken pieces with egg, corn flour, rice flour and small pieces of cheese + the below mentioned paste.
Paste:
Ginger
Garlic
Green chillies
Mint
Coriander
Dill
Soya sauce
Salt
Ajinomoto
Then take some oil and shallow fry the above mixture.
