Ingredients

  • Slice Bread
  • Salted Butter
  • Scrambled Egg
  • Salt
  • Crushed Pepper
  • Either cheese single or cheese spread or mozzarella cheese

Method

    Method
    Butter all slices & on top of the butter use either a cheese single or cheese spread or mozzarella cheese.
    Put cooked scrambled eggs on the slice.
    Sprinkle salt and crushed pepper.
    Close the sandwich and put it into a pre heated sandwich toaster.
    When the sandwich toaster buzzer rings open the sandwich toaster.
    Be careful it's extremely hot so use tongs to get the sandwich out.
    The butter and cheese will melt and seal the sandwich from all sides.
    When the sandwich is still extremely hot lather it with butter on all sides evenly. Since the sandwich is extremely hot the butter will melt and easily spread all over so make sure you put the sandwich in the plate and apply butter or it will get messy.
    Poke a few tiny holes into the sandwich because when butter and cheese melt they are burning hot.
    Keep it for a few seconds to let out hot air and then bite into cheesy buttery goodness.
    Simple messy but a more tastier version of egg butter cheese sandwich for breakfast ready. Enjoy.
