Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped garlic
  • Oil
  • 3/4th cup desiccated coconut
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsps red chilli powder

Method

  • Step 1
    7 mins
  • Saute 1 cup chopped garlic in oil, until lightly brown.
  • Step 2
    3 mins
  • Tip in 3/4th cup dessicated coconut. And saute together until the coconut also turns lightly brown.
  • Step 3
    5 mins
  • Once the garlic and coconut mixture cools. Grind along with salt and 2 tbl spoons of red chilli powder.
