Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped garlic
- Oil
- 3/4th cup desiccated coconut
- Salt
- 2 tbsps red chilli powder
Method

Saute 1 cup chopped garlic in oil, until lightly brown.
Tip in 3/4th cup dessicated coconut. And saute together until the coconut also turns lightly brown.
Once the garlic and coconut mixture cools. Grind along with salt and 2 tbl spoons of red chilli powder.
