Garlic Rice with veggies

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Tomatoes
  • Baby mushrooms
  • Carrots
  • Vinegar
  • Garlic Paste
  • Schezwan Sauce
  • Leftover rice
  • Potatoes

Method

  • Step 1
    10 mins
  • Butter any pan/tin slice and layer tomatoes, baby mushrooms and carrots.
  • Step 2
    5 mins
  • Mix vinegar, Garlic crushed/paste, tomato paste and schzewan sauce. Pour half over veggies .
  • Step 3
    10 mins
  • Layer the Pre cooked/leftover rice. Lay leftover boiled potato slices pour remaining sauce dollops of butter. Put in oven at 200° for 15 minutes or till potatoes get a golden hue.
  • Step 4
    5 mins
  • The leftover baked rice is sprinkled with cheese slices/shredded to convert it into a new dish.
