Method

Butter any pan/tin slice and layer tomatoes, baby mushrooms and carrots.
Mix vinegar, Garlic crushed/paste, tomato paste and schzewan sauce. Pour half over veggies .
Layer the Pre cooked/leftover rice. Lay leftover boiled potato slices pour remaining sauce dollops of butter. Put in oven at 200° for 15 minutes or till potatoes get a golden hue.
The leftover baked rice is sprinkled with cheese slices/shredded to convert it into a new dish.
