Ingredients
- 1 whole roast chicken/ 1 kg of boneless shredded chicken meat
- 2-3 Large onions finely sliced
- 5-6 green chilies finely chopped
- 1 bunch of freshly chopped coriander
- 1 ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1 ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tblspn worchestershire sauce
- 3 eggs whipped2-3 tblspn of fresh cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
Method
Fry onions till golden brown add ginger garlic paste cook for 2-3 min and turn off the heat .
Add green chillies, turmeric, salt chili powder to the hot oil and toss in the shredded chicken.
Turn on the heat and evenly coat the spices on the shredded meat.
Mix in worchestershire sauce and chopped coriander and set aside.
Layer an ovenproof dish with the spiced meat.
Whisk eggs along with cream and pour over the shredded meat.
Cook in a preheated oven for 10-15 min at 180 C.
When the egg is just firm enough, turn off the oven.
Garnish generously with grated cheese and return to hot oven until ready to serve.
