- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons powder white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup milk
- Nutella Chocolate Sauce
- M&Ms OR Cadbury Gems OR sliced Bananas
- Chocolate Ganache sauce Ingredients
- 350 ml semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1&1/4 cup heavy cream
Method
Pancake Method
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and oil.
Mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium flame setting.
Scoop one ladle of batter onto the griddle, using approximately or 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Brown on both side. Then take it off the gas and keep it to cool.
Once cool apply Nutella and decorate it with M&Ms or Gems and serve.
Pancake Serves 2 people.
Chocolate Ganache sauce Method
Place chocolate chips and butter in a large bowl.
Heat the heavy cream either on the stove or in the microwave until almost boiling.
Pour the heated cream over the chocolate chips and butter. Allow to sit for 5 minutes without stirring.
Whisk until completely smooth and shiny.
Cool to room temperature (this may take about an hour but you can leave it at room temperature for longer).
Whip the Ganache with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Spread or pipe onto cooled pancakes or cake or cupcakes.
After spreading Chocolate Ganache you can decorate it with either M&Ms OR Cadbury Gems OR sliced Bananas.
Ganache sauce for 24 pancakes or cupcakes
