Ingredients

  • Tandoori Chicken pieces (shredded)
  • Green Chutney
  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • 1 Small pack normal white Sliced Bread
  • Butter (room temperature but not melted)
  • Cheese singles or mozzarella cheese or cream cheese
  • Serves 3

Method

Take 2 slices and apply butter on one slice and green chutney on the other.
On the buttered slice add cheese slice and on the chutney slice add shredded tandoori chicken and sliced onions.
Close the sandwich and either put it in the sandwich maker or grill them on the griller till the slices of bread are toasted or grilled. You do not need to cook anything as chicken is already cooked.
The butter and the cheese will melt and automatically fuse both the
slices together to make a sandwich.
Once the sandwich is done remove it from the sandwich maker or the grill and place it on the serving plate using a tong or a spatula.
Take a fork and poke some holes in the sandwich because even though the outside of the sandwich may not be so hot but the melted butter and melted cheese inside the sandwich will be scalding burning hot.
After a few seconds of poking the sandwich when the excess steam escapes serve the sandwich with either hot tea or coffee.
