Method
Make a paste:
Cashews
Ginger
Garlic
Green chillies
Peppercorns
Cloves
Cinammon stick
Cardamom pods
Make onion puree.
Take a pan with oil. Add a couple of bay leaves.
Saute the onion puree until it changes colour and reduces in quantity.
Add the above paste.
Tip in the chicken.
Add curd and salt.
Cover and cook.
At the end add little garam masala powder,
small pieces of cheese and some kasuri methi.
Enjoyed with rice rotis.
