Ingredients
- 500 gms of Whole wheat flour
- 150 gms Rava
- 100 gms Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
- 8-10 Cashewnuts
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- Toddy (1/2 a Bottle) or 1 cup Yoghurt
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Salt as per taste

Mix the flour and the rava.
Add in the nutmeg powder, cardamom powder, powdered sugar, sugar, salt, oil and cashew nuts.
Now prepare the dough using toddy
Cover this dough and keep it in a warm place for 3 to 4 hours.
Make thick balls from the dough and fry them over medium flame till they are nicely browned from all sides.
Serve the bhakras with hot ginger tea on a lovely rainy day :)
