- Minced chicken - 440 grams
- Cooked rice - 200 grams
- Egg - 1
- Onions - 90 grams
- Garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- All purpose flour
- Oil - for shallow frying
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken stock - 440 milliliters
- Fresh cream - 70 grams
- Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander - for garnishing

In a mixing bowl, add 440 grams minced chicken, 200 grams cooked rice, 1 egg, 90 grams onions, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix all the ingredients well.
Take a scoop out of the mixture, make a round ball of it and roll them in all purpose flour.
Heat sufficient oil in a pan, fry these balls from all sides till golden brown in color.
Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet, add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and stir well for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add 440 milliliters chicken stock, 70 grams fresh cream and mix it well.
Now, add 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
Bring it to a boil. Add the fried chicken balls in it.
Mix it well and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
Garnish with coriander. Serve.
