Method
- Step 110 minsCook white rice.
- Step 215 minsUse fried fish.
- Step 35 minsHeat oil in a pan with cumin seeds, curry leaves, tomatoes. After 2 minutes add all regular Masala (turmeric, red chilli, dhania jeera and garam masala).
- Step 45 minsKeep on stirring for 2 mins add fish fillets in that, cover the lid, keep for 1 min. Add boiled egg with chaat Masala sprinkled on the pieces..
- Step 55 minsStir all the stuff for half a minute then add cooked white rice. Keep on stirring gently. Put the flame off, add fried onions and garnish with coriander leaves.
