Ingredients
- Puffed Rice
- Turmeric Powder
- Nylon Sev
- Salt
- Milk
- Dark Jaggery or Honey
Method
Buy one kg plain kurmura or Puffed Rice
Add a bit of turmeric powder just enough to get the yellowish tint.
Add about 100gms of nylon sev to get the crunch element.
Add a bit of salt. Not too much just a tiny amount.
Mix all ingredients together and you get a healthy daily hygienic snack that you can munch on all times.
I even make it into a light dinner by adding a handful of it to a small bowl of plain milk. I add a bit of dark Jaggery or honey to give it a sweet salty yummy taste.
