- Any other veggie
- Oil
- Chopped garlic
- Worcestershire sauce
- Soya sauce
Method
- Step 115 mins
- Step 210 mins
- Step 310 mins
- Step 410 mins
Chop and keep the veggies ready (mushrooms, carrots, bean sprouts, cabbage and any other veggie of your choice)
Take some oil, when hot tip in chopped garlic.
Then add in the veggies and stir fry on a high flame.
Add in Worcestershire sauce and soya sauce and cook until the veggies are done and the sauces dry out.
