Method
Boil and mash potatoes, carrots, green peas, french beans and cauliflower (optional).
To this add finely chopped green chilies, dhania, onion. Now add ginger garlic paste, red chili pwdr, haldi, garam masala, bread crumbs and 1tbsp maida.
Mix all well and let it rest in the fridge for around 2 hours.
Make the shape you want and fry.
