Butter Cheese Chilly Toast
Open Faced Sandwich- Amul Butter (Room Temperature)
- Grated Kodai Triple Layer Cheddar Cheese
- Snapin Chilly Flakes
- Keya Mixed Herbs
- Plain White Sliced Bread
Method
In a bowl add cheese, chilly flakes, mixed herbs, and mix well.
Butter a slice of bread and then spread the mixture on the buttered slice.
Take a non stick grill top and apply a bit of butter with a brush.
After that place a buttered slice with the mixture spread and grill it till the bread grills and the cheese melts on medium flame setting.
Once done cut the grilled slice bread into square and serve hot with ketchup or pickle (optional)
