Cheesy chicken sandwich

- or salami tin or paneer instead of chicken)
- Keya wonder hot red chilly flakes
- Sandwich slice white bread
- Amul butter
- Dairy craft john mozzarella pizza cheese
- Kodai triple layer cheddar cheese grated
- Store bought mayonnaise (optional)
Method
Get frozen Kodai triple layer cheddar cheese grate it and keep aside to get it to room temperature. Grate the cheese when frozen.
Get Dairy craft john mozzarella pizza cheese to room temperature and keep it aside.
Open the tin to get your choice of protein out or use paneer and get it to room temperature.
Get butter out and keep it aside to get it to room temperature.
Get chilly flakes out and keep it aside to get it to room temperature.
Get mayonnaise out and keep it aside to get it to room temperature (optional).
Get a non stick pan and put it on medium flame setting.
Apply butter on bread slices and make sure butter is evenly spread on every corner of the slices.
Add all ingredients except mayonnaise and put the sandwich on the pan to get it toasted.
Once the bottom side is toasted enough flip the sandwich and toast the other side.
The butter and two cheeses will melt and automatically close the slices and fuse them together.
If you have a sandwich toaster use that to make a toasted sandwich.
If you don’t want the sandwich toasted you can eat it as is without toasting it.
Serve hot plain or with French fries and mayonnaise or ketchup.
