Chicken Drumsticks
Courtesy - Alzeyne- Tandoori masala (2-3 spoons)
- Lemon (1/2)
- Garam masala (1 tblsp)
- Dhaniya powder (1 tblsp)
- Yogurt (1spoon)
- Chilli powder (1 tblsp)
- Turmeric (1/2 tblsp)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Ginger & garlic paste (1spoon)
- Chicken Drumsticks - 10
Method

Skin & Slit the chicken drumsticks.
Add ginger & garlic paste to chicken & mix well. Now add all the remaining dry ingredients and mix. Make sure all the drumsticks are well coated with masala. Add yoghurt & mix the drumsticks.
Cover the bowl with cling film and leave it to marinate overnight in fridge. To marinate only few hours add half squeezed lemon to the mixture and leave it in the fridge.
Switch on the oven at 200c. Align the chicken drumsticks on the tray and place them in the oven.
After 20 mins reverse the drumsticks and sprinkle some oil & allow them to cook for 20 mins more or less.
