Pancakes for Breakfast

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Milk
  • salt
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Vanilla essence
  • Agave nectar
  • Sugar
  • Cooking soda
  • Little water
  • Melted butter


  • Step 1
    5 mins
  • Whisk together 1 cup flour, 2 eggs, some milk, salt, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, agave nectar or sugar. Add some cooking soda and pour a little water and melted butter and mix together until the batter is the right pouring consistency.
  • Step 2
    10 mins
  • Heat a nonstick pan, spread the mixture evenly with a spatula. Cook on both sides.
    For the Lemon honey drizzle:
  • Step 3
    5 mins
  • Mix together honey, water and lemon juice. Warm it through a little until the sauce thickens a little bit.
    Pour the Lemon honey drizzle over warm pancakes and enjoy!.
