RUSSIAN PATTIES
By Katy Messman- -Potatoes 5
- -Grated Amul cheese 1 big cup
- -boiled shredded Chicken 1big cup
- -Pepper powder 1/2 tspn
- -Green chillied finely chopped 5-6
- -Coriander leaves finely chopped
- -salt
- -semolina
- -eggs whipped to froth 3
- -oil to fry
Method
1. Boil the potatoes and mash them
2. Add shredded chicken, grated cheese, pepper, coriander, chilles & salt.
3. Mix all the above ingredients.
4. Make rolls out of this mixtures or pat them flat as patties
5. Coat them all with semolina.
6. Dip them in whipped eggs and shallow fry them in a non-stick fry pan till golden brown.
7. Serve them hot with ketchup.
