Pasta and veggies in tomato gravy

- Salt
- Water
- Oil
- Garlic (finely chopped)
- Mixed herbs (Herbes de Provence, Thyme, Red Chilli Flakes)
- Tomato paste
- Sugar
- Mixed Veggies (Baby Broccoli, Green Beans, Baby Corn)
- Parmesan Cheese
Method

Boil the pasta as instructed on the packet and keep aside. I normally add salt to the water in which the pasta boils.
In a pan, add some oil, chopped garlic, mixed herbs (I used herbes de provence, thyme, red chilli flakes). Then add in 2 tbsp of tomato paste, salt and sugar. Pour some water, so that the gravy can coat the veggies and pasta well.
Add in the veggies (I used baby broccoli, green beans and baby corn). Cook for a few minutes and then toss the pasta in.
Cook for a few minutes until all is well combined together.
Serve with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
