Besan Chillas

- Red chilli powder
- Green chillies
- Spring onion bulbs
- Coriander
- Salt
- Ajwain / Carrom seeds
- Turmeric
- Ginger garlic paste
- Water
- Oil
Method
Sift 1 cup besan through a sieve.
Add red chilli powder, tomato puree, chopped spring onions bulbs, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, salt, ajwain, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste. Add little water at a time and mix it all well together. The consistency needs to be neither too thick nor too runny.
Take some oil on a tawa. Pour the batter on the tawa and cook on both sides until done.
