Fried Gharab (Fish Roe)

- Turmeric
- Red chilli powder
- Pepper powder
- Curry leaves
- Green Chilli
- Ginger garlic jeera paste
- Vinegar
- Coriander leaves
- Lemon wedges
- Onion rings
Method
After cleaning gharab, added turmeric, chilly powder, pepper powder, crushed curry leaves, green chilly(optional), jeeru lasan ginger paste and few drops of vinegar.
Keep for half an hour before frying. Heat the oil and only on sim flame fry one side for 7 minutes turn to the other side and fry for 7 mins.
Garnish with Coriander leaves , Lemon slices Onion slices.
