  • Potatoes
  • Eggs
  • Rava
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander
  • Ginger Garlic
  • Turmeric
  • Garam Masala
  • Pepper powder
  • Red chilli powder


    Boil potatoes and eggs.
    After it is done peel off the skin and mash potatoes adding chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, Garam Masala, pepper powder, Red chilli powder, salt, mix properly, put aside.
    Then cut boiled eggs into 2 halves.
    Make potato balls flatten it and keep half egg inside cover the remaining with mash potatoes.
    Flatten the balls, roll in Rava and keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
    After 10 mins take it out and fry.
    Serve with tomato ketchup.
