Pancake with lemon honey drizzle: (8 pancakes)
Courtesy - Alzeyne- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Milk
- salt
- Cinnamon powder
- Vanilla essence
- Agave nectar
- Sugar
- Cooking soda
- Little water
- Melted butter
Method
- Step 15 mins

- Step 35 mins
Whisk together 1 cup flour, 2 eggs, some milk, salt, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, agave nectar or sugar. Add some cooking soda and pour a little water and melted butter and mix together until the batter is the right pouring consistency.
Heat a nonstick pan, spread the mixture evenly with a spatula. Cook on both sides.
For the Lemon honey drizzle:
Mix together honey, water and lemon juice. Warm it through a little until the sauce thickens a little bit.
Pour the Lemon honey drizzle over warm pancakes and enjoy!.
