Badam Pak

- 100 gms badam
- 75 gms mava
- 75 gms sugar
- 1/2 tsp elaichi
- 1/2 cup Rose water
- Essence 2 to 3 drops.
Method
Grind badam into fine powder.
Fry the powder in 1 tbsp of ghee on a slow fire.
Then set aside.
Take a separate pan add sugar and rose water to it.
Prepare a chasni.
Cool it completely.
Fry mava with little ghee.
Add it to badam mixture.
Add the chasni .
put the entire mixture on a slow fire for 15 mins.
Remove from fire allow it to set.
Garnish with cut badam and enjoy eating.
