  • Minced chicken - 440 grams
  • Cooked rice - 200 grams
  • Egg - 1
  • Onions - 90 grams
  • Garlic - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • All purpose flour
  • Oil - for shallow frying
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken stock - 440 milliliters
  • Fresh cream - 70 grams
  • Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander - for garnishing

Method

    1. In a mixing bowl, add 440 grams minced chicken, 200 grams cooked rice, 1 egg, 90 grams onions, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix all the ingredients well.
    2. Take a scoop out of the mixture, make a round ball of it and roll them in all purpose flour.
    3. Heat sufficient oil in a pan, fry these balls from all sides till golden brown in colour.
    4. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
    5. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet, add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and stir well for 2 - 3 minutes.
    6. Add 440 millilitres chicken stock, 70 grams of fresh cream and mix it well.
    7. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon red chilli, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
    8. Bring it to a boil. Add the fried chicken balls in it.
    9. Mix it well and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
    10. Garnish with coriander.
    11. Serve.
