Boil 500gms palak and drain.
In a pan take 50gms butter and melt it. To this add the drained palak and 3 big onions chopped roughly and 4-5 pearls of garlic and 10-11 green chillies. Saute all this well in butter till you get a nice fragrant aroma.
Remove it from the flame and let it cool. After it has cooled down grind it to a smooth paste using little water.
Now take around 1tbsp of butter in a pan. Add the palak mix to it. Add some water, salt and some pepper and let it cook for 10 mins or so on low flame.
Add the paneer and let it simmer. Just before serving add some cream.
Serve with rotis or rice or parathas.
