Marinate the paneer cubes in ginger garlic and green chilli paste.
Make a thickish batter of maida, corn flour, salt and pepper, dip the paneer pieces in the batter and fry.
In a wok, add some oil, saute 2 bulbs worth of chopped garlic and a grated large piece of ginger, add little green chilli paste. Then toss in the diced onions and capsicum.
Add some soya sauce, chilli sauce, little sugar and hoisin sauce. Make a little paste of fresh coriander and add it into the veggies. Add a little water (based on consistency desired). Add in the fried paneer. Toss together.
The paneer pieces will normally absorb most of the gravy and make it dry. In case you want it to be a more gravy consistency, then add more water and thicken the gravy. To thicken the gravy make a slurry, (take a little corn flour and water), mix it well and add it in. Stir for a bit until all is mixed well and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
