To store the raw pizza dough make sure it is tightly covered with cling wrap. Keep in the fridge for up to 24 hour. To store left over pizza cover in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • Mince Meat Ingredients
  • 750 gms chicken or mutton mince meat (washed and squeeze out all water)
  • 4 or 5 chopped medium onions
  • 4 finely grated medium tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons shaan nihari masala
  • 3 tablespoons MTR sambhar powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon shaan chicken tikka masala
  • 5 tablespoons oil (add more if required)
  • Chopped coriander small bunch
  • Salt as required
  • Water as required
  • Pizza Ingredients
  • 2.5 cups (12.5oz or 355g) all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (7oz or 187g) water roughly
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Canned tomato puree
  • Stir fried paneer with turmeric and salt (for veg pizza)
  • Market bought boiled sweet corn (for veg pizza)
  • Market bought chicken sausages and cut into small round pieces (for non veg pizza)
  • Market bought pepperoni and cut into small round pieces (for non veg pizza)
  • Dry mutton minced meat (for non veg pizza)

Method

    Mince Meat Method
    Pour oil in a non stick pan and add the chopped onions to fry on medium flame setting till golden brown.
    Add all the ingredients except water and fry for some time on lowest flame setting till done.
    Than add the washed mince meat (strain it and remove all water) and mix well all the ingredients completely except water for some time.
    Transfer all the ingredients from the non stick pan to a pressure cooker cook it dry till mince meat is cooked.
    Mince Meat Serves 3-4 people
    Pizza Method
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    In a mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until thoroughly combined and set aside.
    Combine the water and oil in a separate jug or cup.
    Slowly add the water mixture to the flour mixture holding back a little in case you don\'t need it all.
    Using a wooden spoon or your hands mix until the dough should be soft but not sticky. Add a splash more water if your dough is too dry.
    Lightly flour your work area and a rolling pin then roll dough into a 12-inch circle using your hands (to make 2 smaller pizzas divide the dough into 2 and roll into two 8 inch pizzas).
    Transfer the pizza base to a nonstick pizza base or large baking tray.
    Spread Pizza Sauce with a spoon over the pizza base.
    Cover generously with a layer of cheese and your choice of veg or non veg toppings.
    Bake the pizza for 15 to 17 minutes, or until golden brown. Slice and enjoy. Serve hot.
