If it's a firm sausage then cut into pieces and keep aside. In case the sausage has a thin casing and cutting it is difficult then boil the sausages for 5 to 7 mins or until almost cooked. Once the sausages have cooled down then cut them into pieces.
Saute onions until slightly brown.
Add ginger garlic paste. Once sauted well together, add little pepper powder, ketchup, soya sauce and cook.
Add the sausages in and cook together by stirring continuously until everything is combined well together, don't cover while cooking. Finish it off with a sprinkle of some chopped coriander.
If you wish to make it sweet and sour, then you can add a little vinegar and sugar.
Enjoy it on its own with bread or as a side with dal rice.
