  • Chopped -
  • Mushrooms
  • Carrots
  • Bean sprouts
  • Cabbage
  • Any other veggie
  • Oil
  • Chopped garlic
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Soya sauce

Method

  • Step 1
    15 mins
  • Chop and keep the veggies ready (mushrooms, carrots, bean sprouts, cabbage and any other veggie of your choice)
  • Step 2
    10 mins
  • Take some oil, when hot tip in chopped garlic.
  • Step 3
    10 mins
  • Then add in the veggies and stir fry on a high flame.
  • Step 4
    10 mins
  • Add in Worcestershire sauce and soya sauce and cook until the veggies are done and the sauces dry out.
